  • Plots with and without building permits
  • Conversion areas (e.g. former airfields)
  • With and without existing buildings


Investment Volume

  • 3 million to 100 million Euro (higher in individual cases)


Timeline

  • Obtaining building permits within 4 years

  • Croatia (expected entry in to the Schengen area in 2022)

  • Property areas for forest and / or green areas

       10,000 - 300,000 sqm (also larger in individual cases)

  • Land with optional building permit
  • Land also with existing buildings.
